SOLUM AMINOS collects personal information to take an order and send it. This page is the short notice for that shop. ABN 65 499 771 403. Contact hello@solumaminos.com.auCopy.

At checkout we collect:

• name
• email address
• phone number, if you enter one
• delivery address
• the items and the order number

Payment is by PayID or bank transfer. We do not collect card numbers. When Place order is clicked, the order is emailed straight away to orders@solumaminos.com.au and hello@solumaminos.com.au. A receipt you send later is how the payment is matched. It is not how we first hear about the order.

The delivery address is passed to Australia Post so the parcel can be carried. We do not sell personal information.

We keep the order record while it is needed to dispatch, to answer a query about that order, and to meet a record we are required to hold.

To ask for access or a correction, email hello@solumaminos.com.auCopy. Include the order number if you have one. We will correct a detail that is wrong, or tell you if we cannot.
