Returns

Opened vials are not returnable. A vial is opened if the seal is broken, the cap has been removed, or the stopper has been punctured.

Change of mind is not accepted on these goods, except for this narrow case: the vial is still sealed, in its original pack, and we receive it within 7 days of delivery. The buyer pays the return postage. Refund of the item price is made after the unopened goods are back with us. Postage paid on the original order is not refunded on a change of mind.

Wrong item or missing item: email hello@solumaminos.com.auCopy within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and, if a vial arrived, the lot number printed on it. If we confirm the error, we replace the line or refund the price paid for that line.

Do not send a vial back before we reply. These goods are for laboratory research only.
