Returns

Research materials cannot be restocked once they leave cold storage. We do not accept returns of vials that have shipped, unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or short.

Photograph the parcel and the vial and write to the desk within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund at our discretion. Orders that have not yet been packed can be cancelled by email.
