All orders dispatch from Melbourne. We ship to Australian addresses only. Orders placed on a business day before 3:30 pm AEST are packed the same day where stock allows.

Standard tracked postage is $9.95. Express tracked is $14.95. Both are sent with Australia Post and include tracking details. Postage is free on orders over $250.

Tracking is emailed when the Australia Post label is created. Parcels are packed in unbranded kraft with climate protection.

Lyophilised peptides are solids and travel well with an ice pack in warm weather. We cannot control last-mile delays once a parcel is with the courier; contact the desk if a shipment has not moved for 48 hours.
