What are these compounds for?+
Every item in the SOLUM AMINOS shop is a research product supplied for laboratory and analytical use. Peptides are short amino-acid chains used to study biological and chemical processes in controlled settings.
Are products for human or animal use?+
No. Nothing we supply is intended for human or animal consumption, compounding, or therapeutic use. By placing an order you confirm the goods will be handled by qualified personnel in a laboratory, in line with Australian regulations.
What purity should I expect?+
Purity is stated only on the lot file, and only after that file is published. Until then the listing says not published yet. See How to read a Janoshik certificate of analysis.
What form do the peptides arrive in?+
Most peptides ship as a lyophilised (freeze-dried) cake in a crimp-capped vial.
How should I store them?+
Keep lyophilised vials at 2–8°C, dry, and away from light. We do not issue reconstitution or dosing instructions.
Where do you ship?+
Australia only, dispatched from Melbourne with Australia Post tracking. An order paid and confirmed by 3:30 pm Melbourne time on a weekday leaves the same day. After that, or on a weekend or public holiday, dispatch is the next business day. Postage is free on orders of $250 or more.
How do I pay?+
Pay by PayID or bank transfer. Full payment details are shown on your order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Use your order number as the payment reference.
How do I look up an order?+

Do you provide medical advice?+
