What “lyophilised” means for shipping
A lyophilised peptide is a dry solid. That is the form SOLUM AMINOS ships. The parcel contains a sealed vial of that solid, not a solution. This page does not describe how to make a solution, and it does not give a volume or a solvent.
Stock, then the post
Inventory is held at 2–8°C in Melbourne until dispatch from Tullamarine VIC. After Australia Post collects it, the parcel is a normal tracked door-to-door consignment. It is not refrigerated. No ice pack is included. No temperature logger is included. The parcel is not kept at 2–8°C to the delivery address. Same-day dispatch is for an order paid and confirmed by 3:30 pm Melbourne time on a weekday. After that, or on a weekend or public holiday, dispatch is the next business day. Melbourne and Victorian summer
A summer van in Melbourne can be hot. The parcel is still a normal Australia Post consignment. No ice pack is included. One may be added later. It is not promised. No temperature logger is included. We do not promise a temperature after handover.
Interstate heat
A parcel to Queensland, Western Australia, or the Northern Territory can spend longer in heat than a Melbourne metro parcel. No transit-day number is stated. Tracking shows Australia Post scans. It does not show the temperature inside the satchel.
On arrival
Check that the vial is sealed and that the label can be read. Match the lot on the vial to the lot register. If the lot is not listed, it is not published. There is no further handling step on this page.
