Terms of sale

These terms cover orders placed with SOLUM AMINOS, ABN 65 499 771 403, through https://www.solumaminos.com.au. The goods are laboratory research compounds. They are not medicines.

SOLUM AMINOS is not registered for GST. Prices do not include GST.

You pay by PayID or bank transfer before dispatch. We do not send the order until that payment is identified. The delivery address is collected first. Payment details are shown after that step.

Title and risk pass when the parcel is handed to Australia Post for dispatch from Tullamarine VIC 3043.

You must not use the goods in a person or an animal. You must not use them for therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary purposes. You must not present them as a medicine. We do not supply use instructions.

If we confirm a wrong or missing item, our liability for that line is limited to a replacement or a refund of the price paid for it. We are not liable for use that breaches the research-use terms. We are not liable for loss that follows a courier delay after handover, other than checking the tracking when you write to us.
